Healthy Families Medical Insurance If you would like to apply for Healthy Families Medical Insurance, please contact Adriana de la Torre at (818) 762-4740 for an appointment. It is very important that all children have medical insurance. Also, to prevent the spread of disease, keep your child home when sick and seek medical attention if a cough is severe. Maintain vaccine and boosters.
Box Tops for Education Parents, as you know, every year we are involved in fundraising activities. This year we are collecting Box Tops for Education coupons for our Music Program. Please help our school earn money by sending your Box Tops for Education coupons in an envelope and depositing them in the special box for Box Tops for Education located in the Main Office. Thank you for your cooperation.
